SW-22: The
whole property messures approx 1,6 hectares and the location is
about 20 minutes from Atenas in a little mountain village, also 20
driving minutes to San Ramon and 40 to the beaches. Due to its
altitude its located in a fresh climate, never hot. The farm
offers some ocean view from Jaco to Puntarenas from its top as
well as valley views out the back. Partly its planted with coffee.
The upper parcel is
along a public road and could fit three cabins around a pond. The
hill above has already a small “Tico style” house on it and the
possibility to build up to three more. But these indeed would be
small cabin sites. The part on the top with the ocean view along
the public road can be split in smaller lots or used for building
a main house / community center.
The lower part has
three 3 or 4 cabin sites also around a pond and then another 7 or
more sites going towards the river, some of them including nice
river views. The lower river spots would also have public road
access & hydro power etc.
